These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tarova.ai, including our website, AI tarot reading features, memberships, subscriptions, paid credits, and related services. By accessing or using Tarova.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About Tarova.ai

Tarova.ai provides an AI tarot reading experience built around guided questioning, ritual-style interactions such as shuffle, cut, and draw, and structured interpretations intended to support reflection and decision-making.

Tarova.ai may offer free and paid features, including account-based features, saved session history, memberships, subscriptions, and credits.

2. Eligibility

You may use Tarova.ai only if you are legally permitted to use online services under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are using Tarova.ai on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to:

  • generate readings and saved session history
  • improve product quality and reliability
  • investigate abuse, fraud, and safety issues
  • comply with legal obligations

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that doing so does not violate law or the rights of others.

6. AI-Generated Content and Service Boundaries

Tarova.ai provides AI-assisted tarot readings for reflection, personal insight, and guidance. The service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other licensed advice.

You are responsible for how you interpret and act on any reading, suggestion, or generated content. You should use independent judgment and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

We do not guarantee that readings will be accurate, complete, suitable for your situation, or outcome-determinative.

7. Paid Features, Subscriptions, and Credits

Some features of Tarova.ai may require payment. By purchasing a subscription, membership, or credits, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • prices may change from time to time
  • billing may recur automatically for subscriptions until canceled
  • refunds are provided only where required by law or expressly stated by us
  • access to certain paid features may end if payment fails or a subscription expires

Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and policies to payment processing.

8. Intellectual Property

Tarova.ai and its related software, design, prompts, models, workflows, branding, site content, and service features are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, these Terms do not grant you the right to copy, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from Tarova.ai or its non-user-generated content.

9. Privacy

Your use of Tarova.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

10. Availability and Changes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarova.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Where the law does not allow certain liability exclusions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tarova.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

  • your User Content
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your violation of any law or third-party rights

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operating entity of Tarova.ai is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts or dispute forums having proper jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
